An AI operations-coaching app: it walks business teams through improving a broken process, and — unlike a chat window — it pushes back. Built end to end by business owners directing AI, from the product itself to the nightly agents that grow its knowledge base. (The product's brand name is under wraps pending trademark clearance — the no-fake-numbers policy applies to legal status too.)

What it does: coaches teams through a structured problem-solving method in plain language, challenges their first theory of the root cause instead of agreeing with it, and backs its coaching with a dataset of real improvement cases that scheduled agents research and grow every night — with every addition verified before it enters the corpus.

The insight the product is built on

Working through the hundreds of documented improvement cases in the product's own dataset surfaced a pattern: teams' initial root-cause theories are consistently wrong — the real cause usually turns out to be something else. (With a caveat: documented cases skew toward the surprising ones.) A coach that just agrees with you is therefore worse than useless. So the app is built to challenge: it asks for evidence, offers rival explanations, and only then helps you test them. AI that pushes back is a design choice — and it's the one most "AI assistant" products refuse to make, because agreeable demos sell better.

How a business with no developers ships software

Every line of this product was written by AI under direction: the app, the coaching logic, the evaluation harness that scores whether the coach is actually coaching well, and the overnight agents that hunt for new cases. The owner's job stayed the owner's job — decide what good looks like, review what came back, refuse what wasn't good enough, and keep a timestamped backup before every change. That workflow, not any technical skill, is what we coach.

What broke along the way

The overnight data-collection agents eventually hit a wall — sources exhausted or off-limits — and the honest move was to pause collection rather than lower the quality bar. A product decision made against the automation is still the owner's job. Agents don't remove judgment; they concentrate it.
