How the scoring works (published, because of course it is)
Each answer scores 0–3 points across two dimensions that predict agent success: foundations (where your knowledge and records live — questions 2, 5, 6) and disposition (what you've tried and how you delegate — questions 1, 3, 4, 7, 8). Totals map to four profiles: 0–6 NOT YET, 7–12 EXPERIMENTING, 13–18 READY, 19–24 AHEAD. Answers score 0–3 points; on most questions the options run lowest to highest, and on two (questions 4 and 8) the order is shuffled so the "best" answer isn't always the last one. It's deliberately simple — a diagnostic conversation-starter, not a psychometric instrument, and it will improve as real assessment data accumulates (anonymized, per the pledge).
