A monthly working session (screen-share, agenda yours), async access for questions with a next-business-day answer, a quarterly review of every agent you run — what's earning its keep, what should be retired — and honest evaluations of new tools before you pay for them. When you're ready for the next agent, we scope it in the retainer and it's delivered the same way as the first: a dedicated specialist, our quality gates, your ownership. Your builds never wait on one person's calendar.
Why "cancel anytime" is load-bearing
The dependency model — platform, retainer, keys — is the standard failure of AI consulting, and the reason this practice publishes the ownership promise. You own every system whether or not you retain us. The retainer has to earn its renewal every month, which keeps us useful and keeps you free. If a month goes by where the coaching didn't obviously earn its fee, cancel — the system stays with you.
Who it's for — honestly
Owners with a working agent and appetite for more.
