The core engagement

The First AI Win: one working agent in 4 weeks. $4,500 flat. You own it.

What it is: a four-week, fixed-price engagement that delivers one working AI agent — typically lead follow-up, reporting, quoting, or admin. The practice scopes it with the owner in week 1; a dedicated implementation specialist builds it under the practice's quality gates and human-approval guardrails; week 4 is a full ownership handover of the system, documentation, and credentials. Price: $4,500 flat, US-wide, remote — a $1,500 deposit starts week 1; the $3,000 balance is invoiced only after week 1 clears the value bar, and a week-1 exit refunds the deposit in full.

W1

Pick the workflow — and prove it's worth it

We map your recurring work, pick the one job with the clearest payoff, and write down what "working" means in numbers you choose. If nothing clears the bar, we say so and we stop — the deposit is refunded. A build that shouldn't happen is a failure we don't sell.

W2

Your specialist builds

A dedicated implementation specialist — named at kickoff — delivers the build in plain-English sessions with you: what the agent sees, what it drafts, what it's forbidden to do. You make the judgment calls; the specialist does the engineering; the practice reviews every deliverable.

W3

Wire in the guardrails, run it live

The human-approval step goes in — nothing sends, posts, or spends without your sign-off — and the agent runs on real work while we watch it together and tune what comes back.

W4

The handover

You get the handover set: the agent and its prompts, every credential in accounts you own, plain-English documentation your next hire could follow, and a recorded maintenance walkthrough. Then we measure against week 1's definition of working — honestly.

What owners typically build first

The order we coach, based on our own builds and on which agents earn trust fastest: a lead follow-up agent (never miss an after-hours inquiry again), a reporting agent (the Monday numbers assembled before you sit down), a quoting assistant (drafts from your price rules, you approve), or a filing/admin agent (inbox and documents triaged to rules you set). The assessment usually identifies yours before we talk.

What this is not

Not a strategy deck. Not a platform subscription. Not "AI transformation." One working agent, built properly, owned by you — because the owners who succeed with AI all start the same way: one system that works, then the next. The workshop is what compounding from that first win looks like.

Honest limits

Some workflows aren't ready for agents — the data's not accessible, the tools have no way in, or the risk profile is wrong. Finding that out in week 1 for $0 extra is part of the value. And every agent we build assumes a human stays at the gate: if you want unsupervised automation of customer contact or spending, we're the wrong coach.

Questions before booking

Is this done-for-you or done-with-you?
Both, deliberately. The specialist does the engineering — you're not learning to code. But the scope, the rules, and the approval gates are designed with you, in your language, so you can run and extend the system after handover. What we refuse to sell is the agency model where the builder keeps the platform and the keys. How delivery works.
What tools will we use?
Whatever fits your stack — mainstream AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude, plus the systems you already run (email, calendar, CRM, spreadsheets). Vendor-neutral, no affiliate deals, everything in your accounts. Typical incremental running cost for a first agent is a standard AI subscription, not enterprise software.
How much of my time does it take?
Plan on 2–3 hours a week for four weeks: the screen-share sessions plus short approvals. The design premise is that you're time-poor — the agent does the homework between sessions, not you.
What if it doesn't work?
Week 1 defines "working" in your numbers before any build starts. You pay a $1,500 deposit to begin; if week 1 finds no workflow that clears the bar, we stop and the full deposit is refunded — your risk before anything is built is $0. After delivery, the system stays with you regardless.
